Breathtakingly large, Mexico City provides a home for almost 9 million people living in nearly 1,700 distinct neighborhoods.Your list of things to see and do now includes Museo de Arte Popular, Mercado de Coyoacan, Arena Mexico, and other attractions. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Mercado De Artesanias La Ciudadela and La Condesa. Popular historic sites such as Zona Arqueológica de Teotihuacan Estacionamiento Puerta 5 and Zocalo are in your itinerary. There's lots more to do: delve into the distant past at Museo del Templo Mayor, see the interesting displays at Museo Frida Kahlo, take a stroll through Polanco, and steep yourself in history at Basilica de Santa Maria de Guadalupe.
