Come face to face with some of the region's most endangered giraffes at Giraffe Centre. Established in 1983 as part of a long-serving conservation project to protect the East African Rothschild giraffe, this nonprofit organization provides educational programmes for the young people of Kenya. Entrance fees help support the cause, and you'll get to meet, feed, and even touch these towering creatures from a raised observation platform. A forest trail also provides a pleasant walk through the undergrowth (watch out for the warthogs). If you're feeling thirsty, head to the teahouse for some refreshment amid ambient scenery. This was an amazing experience. We were able to see the giraffes up close and feed them. However this place gets very busy and the ramp where you feed the giraffes gets really crowded. Best to go there early in the morning when it's less crowded.

A wonderful place to visit and interact with the Rothschild's giraffe. It is next to the fame, Giraffe Manor. The Rothschild Giraffe is a subspecies of the Northern giraffe. It is one of the most endangered distinct populations of giraffe, with 1,669 individuals estimated in the wild in 2016. It is about 15 dollars to enter and it is a beautiful experience.
