The only positives are that the gardens are very well looked after and the bathrooms are clean. The negatives are: - the tickets aren't cheap at Euro 15.75; - they are open only on the weekends or...

After visiting the garden I understand why the Washington Post included this garden in the list "the most beautiful gardens in the world. The garden is like walking in a portrait with many different plants which give to the garden endless colours and shapes. Only guided tours are available (1 hour tour). My guide was very knowledgeable about plants as well as medieval history. I definitely recommend it!
Seen this place in pictures, had it described by people who had been previously but one needs definitely to go there to understand and admire the beauty of this place. Very informed and welcoming guides complement this amazing experience. Truly out of this world!
