Good park (not too big) near the city center. There are attractions and little shops, as well as toilets. There is also a panoramic wheel.

One can hardly call the park a barrier-free environment for people with disabilities. Many paths actually lead to a dead end, as it is very difficult to overcome steps for wheelchair users. The constructed concrete high-rise office building has cut off the view of the beautiful part of the city, so from the park it remains only to enjoy the view of the numerous windows on the opposite bank of the river.
