Mexico City

— 59 nights

City of Palaces

Breathtakingly large, Mexico City provides a home for almost 9 million people living in nearly 1,700 distinct neighborhoods.
Appreciate the collections at Museo Nacional de Antropologia and Monumento y Museo de la Revolucion. Get some cultural insight at Zona Arqueológica de Teotihuacan Estacionamiento Puerta 5 and Museo del Templo Mayor. Explore Mexico City's surroundings by going to Toluca (Catedral de Toluca & Cosmovitral Jardin Botanico), Piedra Herrada Sanctuary (in Valle de Bravo) and Cuernavaca (Robert Brady Museum, Cathedral of the Asencion (Catedral de la Asuncion), &more). Spend the 3rd (Thu) exploring nature at Cumbres Del Ajusco National Park. Spend the 28th (Mon) exploring nature at Museo de Sitio Cempoala. There's still lots to do: see the interesting displays at Museo Nacional De Arte, wander the streets of La Condesa, explore the world behind art at Museo de Arte Popular, and don't miss a visit to Polanco.

Plan my day in Mexico City using traveler tips and tourist information provided by Inspirock.

If you are flying in from Italy, the closest major aiports are Licenciado Benito Juarez International Airport, Querétaro Intercontinental Airport and Santa Lucía Air Force Base / Felipe Angeles International Airport. In April in Mexico City, expect temperatures between 31°C during the day and 15°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 9th (Sat) so you can travel back home.
