Guayaquil, Ecuador to Mexico City is an approximately 9-hour flight. You can also fly. The time zone changes from Ecuador Time (ECT) to Central Standard Time (CST), which is usually a -1 hour difference. Traveling from Guayaquil in September, things will get slightly colder in Mexico City: highs are around 26°C and lows about 16°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 17th (Tue) early enough to go by car to Taxco.

Taxco de Alarcón is a small city and administrative center of a Taxco de Alarcón Municipality located in the Mexican state of Guerrero. On the 18th (Wed), tour the pleasant surroundings at Mil Cascadas, then examine the collection at Casa Humboldt, and then make a trip to Ex-convento de San Bernardino de Siena.
