I have skied at almost fifty ski stations in the world and the Masikryong Ski Resort is the best so far. Well-kept, accessible slopes, amazing stay at the hotel and I could relax at the swimming... more »
Amazing, I can't stress it enough how much this ski resort changed my life. I came here at what I thought was the edge of my life. But this ski resort changed that and I had a new meaning of life, thank you Kim, and thank you North Korea.
Absolutely love this place, love coming here and relaxing after a long buisness trip. The staff are all very accommodating, rooms are also very adequate, but you dont go to a ski resort to stay inside.. The mountain itself is a thrill ride, and although the bottom portion features easy areas for beginners to find thier balance, a far more advanced course awaits those brave enough. If you are ever lucky enough to visit N.korea and have a chance to come here, then don't pass it up, because even if you dont ski you will find plenty to do. There is fishing , hiking, snowmobiling and much more to experience on this beautiful mountain resort.
