  • The cenotes here were unbelievable! The water was the clearest thing you will ever see! There is a rope to swing and dive into the water in the deep end. Word of caution, bring water shoes and...  more »
  • We had the most amazing time with Fernanda on this 2 cenote express trip! I had heard the water would be cold but that really wasn't the case. The caves are very beautiful and well worth the...  more »

  • This place is doing business with Shalala tours and Del Valle Grand Tours maybe is the same owner. They offered us a tour service that the only way to describe it is it sucks big time. This company is not interested in providing an excellent tour service, we got picked up at 7:30 am and we spent several hours picking up people all over until 10:10 am then the tour in Tolum was only 45 min long for exploring, not to mention that the tour guy was evidently not explaining and was very vague with directions times etc. Then they brought us here to this place at the cenote and they only gave us 25 min to spend in at the cenote not to mention that the ride to get to this water table is in terrible conditions. After that they mentioned a free meal " this is basically a joke it's a "buffet" meat was super spicy and tatesles. To add a cherry on the cake the had not utensils until like 5-10 minutes later. This company is a total joke if you want to spend over 100 dollars for two people approximately and waste the hole day this is an option. Besides all this bs they upsell you spray for the mosquitoes for 10 dollars and the rental for a bike among other like your drinks are not included with your meal. If you see any of this companies I listed above, I would run as fast as possible. I would rather pay a little more and expect a better return for my money. I just don't know how they stay in business, people need to know about what they are really offering and make the call before doing business with this type of companies that are only interested in money. Also posted the size of leg room for the bus service from Del Valle Grand Turismo ser picture. I would avoid this type of companies at all costs.
  • Suytun is not clean or clear waters. Swim time is very short. Look out for overpowering incense during rituals and locals trying to squeeze tips out for everything.
