  My friend and I were told it would be okay for us to reschedule our Excursion but then when the day came the people never showed up and told us it was canceled yet they refuse to give us a full refund. Despite the complaints we have made and management at the company said they would look into it, it has been 3 months and our money was never refunded nor have we heard back. This company does not work for the actual Resort so they can pretty much do whatever they want and not be accountable. Never book through Dive X!!! .... alternatively go to the concierge or your flight agent and book a Excursion with a reputable company.
