  • I find it somewhat complex to qualify as well (Malo), but the truth is that the Tour (Tulum + Coba + Cenote + Playa del Carmen) as such was disastrous!!!. To be fair about the treatment and attention of ToursCancun I can not complain, with them everything was ok. The problem came when I took the tour in Playa del Carmen, (according to this with SILVESTRE TOURS) I was quoted at 8:20 in the morning in Playa del Carmen and I was on time at that time, although I was going from Cozumel, when they gave the 8:30 whatsapp message to ToursCancun indicating this s curiously at the minute, they call me from "fantasy tours" (i.e. another agency) to tell me that they were late and that they would stop by at 10 in the morning!!! as they tried to contact me, which is totally false, I had no missed calls or even a text message. They passed by us in a van where three families were already coming, from Costa Rica, Australia and Chile, if they offered us the drink offered on the tour, BUT WITH COST!; total that already arrived in Tulum we were joined with a group of people composed of two large trucks (one very modern and the other an authentic guajolotero), and when we finished touring Tulum came the total disaster, they changed everything, without explanation and there was no van , we were put in the old truck, in separate places, the horrible food, the treatment of the nefarious guides, a clear difference between whether you are Mexican or foreign, etc... Worst trip of my life!!!!

  • We organized the excursion to the beautiful ruins of Toulum, in Mexico and in addition to enjoying the ruins we were given a suitable space to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the place.

  • Hire 3 tours, of which 2 were excellent in cdmx, company Roldan I remember, with the tour to chichen itza with cenote was another thing: first Alfonzo ubico the tour people into categories, then understood, which is why tips, down people from a bus and then t (e) they are located in another. The Guide provided us, a Mr Alfonzo claims to be an anthropologist, told us clearly that this is an economical tour and that to do this plus going to provide coffee, beer or water, he reminded us that in Chichen beer has a price of 8 dollars , this practically nobody will accept your drinks; But in the cenote HUBICU thing was bad joke, the guide spoke rudely, said that it is hard to talk to the Americans in English and then repeat it in Spanish to us, so that we have had in this cenote? that lunch buffet in time of 1 H 30 included the bath in the cenote, insufficient, apart this time alfonzo has disappeared this time and medium, tell us where is the buffet restaurant, as it was not clear, six Peruvian men ate not buffet, included a child of about 8 years. We at casula got lunch. At the end of the tour already in Cancun shortly before arriving, Alfonzo tells the story of a friend that is found at Chichen and that gave him 100 pesos of tip (not is why?) and with that example we suggested doing the same , If there is cheeky people. It is worth mentioning that the transport was in a comfortable bus and driver management impeccably. In all the tours impeccable punctuality.
