  • I went with a friend to the spa, booked before going, were not attentive girls with us, no one offered us any of the amenities i had, in the end only Miss. Tania served us fruit. But they saw us from top to bottom!! Obviously if we went we had to pay for the service but as they see you treat you because they arrived girls q you could tell they had a lot of money and did not find what else to offer them!! That bothers us. In the end there was no room to shower us, there were no clean towels, in short the very small bathroom for the people who attend. Two bathrooms and one not served!! They made us a facial and hurt my nose horrible, since they pinch you very hard. Good body massage. And i didn't mean the receptionist, super sangrona, wanted to charge me a different fee than what we had booked q perq the q we reserve was wrong!! That wasn't my problem but she agreed to charge me with a tone that seemed to q was doing me a favor. In short, neither my friend nor I would be back.

  • The only good thing was the massage. The rest was not good at all. The facility is dirty and unkept. Communication skills were not good. I had to ask for slippers. I had to ask to turn on steam room because they turned it off. Lastly, they tried to overcharge me. I would not recommend this. Go somewhere else!
  • Had a massage here, it was okay nothing special. Came in a few days later for eyebrow waxing and because I’m not from Mexico they tried to over charge me. I asked for a price list (which was in Spanish of course) I translated what it said and she was showing me what it would cost for an arm wax!!!! I was going to go back for a facial and body scrub.... not happening now!!!!!! Travelled all over the world and this by far has been the most expensive waxing I’ve gotten. Take a walk a few blocks down and find another place.
