  • The experience is anything but pleasant. The staff is friendly, but they constantly remind you of what they can't/should offer you. You are left with time, you are restricted by services, they are unable to make you have a pleasant time... for which you're also paying! And not a little thing! The place is sloppy and while you are massaged you can hear the sounds of an attached office! A disaster!!! I'll never come back!

  • I attended a Temazcal service and massage. Barranca del Muerto branch. For starters the bathrooms are very dirty and smell bad. The massage that gave me Tory too heavy and I did not enjoy it at all besides that according to 60 minutes and it was only 45 minutes. Regarding temazcal is out of place as a lot of cold air enters and also does not heat no matter how much water you put on the stones. Really disappointing. I indicated to them several times that even the massage was not to my liking and later the temazcal did nothing. The attention at the end after paying and making my comment on the lousy service was even worse since I was not offered tea I sat down to wait for my Uber and was that a cleaning lady told me that that was my tea be so it was already very cold. Desertika branch Barranca del Muerto the worst Spa of this franchise. Lousy!!!!!

  • The spa was great and the employees are very nice. My massage was wonderful. one thing that I really like about this spa is you choose what color the room lighting is, the music you're going to listen to, the aromatherapy you want to use. as well as things like how much pressure, what areas of the body they're going to focus on and any areas you do not want them to mess with. afterwards they give you a wonderful cup of loose leaf tea. the only issue that we had was they only had one massage therapist that day so my wife and I could not have our massages together. it was not a big deal however and we ended up going back to back.
  • Very good experience. If you want to relax it's the ideal place. Plus fair prices for quality.
