  • Excellent Tour. Even though the day was rainy, it was amazing my Friends and I had an amazing time; In addition to knowing very pleasant places also allows you to meet other people with the same adventurous spirit and create a very fun and friendly atmosphere.

  • We don't leave at 9am, but 35 minutes late. Very short time in Puebla. I would recommend removing food at Real Poblano to increase available time to see. Schedule 3 or 4 stops and pick up each stop. Number system to call customers when they lose were also useful.

  • Booked 2 tours with them, luchó libre and teotihuacan, on my arrival in Mexico city so that I could get off to a flying start and make life a little easier. It wasn't. The tours promise English speaking guides but that doesn't mean the tour is solely in English, plus they'll mix you up with Spanish speakers. I speak Spanish and it was obvious on both trips that the Spanish speakers got a lot more useful information about the sites compared to the English speakers. Also, on both trips, we barely got any time at the actual event we'd paid for. For luchó libré, we spent more time travelling, shopping in the markets, and trying to find spare seats without restricted views than actually watching wrestling. The show ran for 2 hours but we got in an hour and 15 minutes into it so only saw 45 minutes. The show itself was great but it would have been cheaper and far easier to organise tickets and transport myself. With teotihuacan, we started early, visited a different set of ruins, then a basilica, then lunch. By the time we got to teotihuacan it was late afternoon and we were told we'd only have an hour to look around the ruins which is nowhere near enough time to truly enjoy it. The ruins were amazing but it bugs me that we spent more time eating lunch at one of their 'commission' restaurants. If you're planning your own trip, aviod the travel companies and if you're not confident getting public transport, take a trusted taxi through your hotel/hostel. It'll work out cheaper and you'll be guaranteed more time ar the sites you actually paid to see.
  • Terrible service, I'd go with Turibus. I've used both and Turibus has more options and stops, more visible signs, etc. So basically wouldn't recommend it.
