We opted with my partner for Kuxtal Tours to get to know Uxmal, the chocolate museum and a beautiful cenote, and we did not regret choosing them. The Mariano guide was very attentive and gave us many recommendations to get to know Merida. They have the advantage of passing by you to your hotel and dropping you off at it, as well as recommending delicious places to eat. We will definitely return to continue to know the incredible places that their tours offer and learn a lot in each of them.

I highly recommend this company and when I return I would definitely hire its services for new tours.
Terrific tour. Great service. I recommend this company!
My husband and I just spent 2 back to back days touring with Kuxtal Tours. We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our experiences. And experiences are what you will have. It is more than a tour. We booked private tours: Walk Through the Underwold and The Fire and Rain Tour. On the first tour we had Marisol and Mariano for our guides. We felt like we were spending the day with family. Today we went out with Eduardo who drove us to each site and Julian who was our guide. If you do not speak Spanish, don´t worry because they speak English and you will be able to communicate without any problem. The unique thing about Kuxtal Tours is that all the guides are archeology students or have already received their degree in archeology, so their enthusiasm for the sites you will visit is beyond measure. Any questions you have will be answered thoroughly, and believe me, I asked a lot and not just about the sites themselves, but about the guides and what led them to study archeology. Their stories are all so interesting, their company goals are admirable, and I recommend them completely for touring the Yucatan. If you have never taken a private tour, do yourself a favor and book one soon! Give them a call or send an email or drop by the office. We corresponded with them through email to get preliminary info, and they replied promptly and courteously. We also had to reschedule a tour due to illness on my part, and it was done with no problem or hesitation, also handled through email. We were 100% satisfied with our tours, and the value for your peso cannot be beat. Whether you are in the planning stages of your vacation to the Yucatan, or already here looking for a tour company, reach out to Kuxtal Tours and they will be happy to help you set up an unforgettable day. Buen viaje!
