She began by telling us of the history of Mexican and Mayan roots. She handed us a manual which includes all the recipes that we have learned: the inescapable guacamole, some tortillas, soup of tortillas, Maya mushrooms, pork GDP - it marinated in achiote and finally dessert. It shows the charisma and passion that carries inside, with each dish which teaches and gives small and large data about the culinary. The chef Yannick has taught me patience and love many things about food, things that sometimes not all take the time to teach. His knowledge is so admirable and their optimism is contagious, I sure that a class it is the best dining experience can be found here. I recommend endlessly tired delight courses, from my own experience I can say that they will take more knowledge than expected, clear, not it is worth mentioning that flavor ends by convincing his years of culinary experience.
Very good place. Clean Friendly and safe
