Malecon de Mazatlan, Mazatlan

4.3
#2 of 129 in Things to do in Mazatlan
Landmark · Tourist Spot
Take a stroll along the 7 km (4.9 mile) Malecon de Mazatlan, a water front esplanade that showcases the city's culture. Observe the day-to-day life of the locals, vintage American cars, and well-weathered hotels. Couples visit the seawall to take a romantic walk, and artists and philosophers can appreciate the area as well; people-watch is a prime activity. Be sure to bring plenty of water if you're wandering in the heat of the day; once the day winds down, consider grabbing a beer and finding a good spot to sit and watch the sunset.
