A must-stop for first-time visitors of the island, this small museum occupies the adapted colonial-style building complete with a grand staircase that used to be a hotel back in the 1930s. Most of the exhibits are featured in four main rooms. The highlights of the ground floor are a large colorful diorama of underwater life and a replica of a Mayan house behind the grand staircase.   • Very interesting and much bigger than it looks. Animations and 3d type video. We enjoyed it.
  • Every thing was good. Quick service. Just wished they had regular cocktail sauce. I didn't like their in house cocktail sauce.
