  • Noel was a great tour guide! We had so much fun. He took time throughout the tour taking moments to show us crocodiles, birds and iguanas and allowing us to swim if we wanted to. Thank you Noel!!!  more »
  • Loved the tour - the guides were fantastic - took the pains to help my husband who was having a hard time in the water to see underwater !  more »

  • I had fun. The tour included riding a boat, snorkelling (no see turtles, unfortunately), then going through mangroves to the lagoon and back. The only 2 downsides were the guide not speaking English (but that's more or less common here, I just wish he could explain how to properly use the equipment, as it was my first time snorkeling) and the pushy guys taking pictures and trying to sell them at the end. Not only the photographer managed to not see me riding the boat to the dock and completely ignored me, but then he wouldn't take no for an answer when trying to sell me the pictures he did take in the beginning. I had to buy them, because he was very persistent.
  • This trip is sold as a snorkel and lagoon ride. Most of it is spent getting places on the boats with very little time in the lagoon. The first stop was a buoy way out at sea for snorkeling. It was very choppy, all the boats were tied together and banging each other. Only 2 people went snorkeling out of 12. The rest of us staying in the boats. My wife was so afraid that we didn't even do the lagoon section, which was only around 10 minutes out of 2 hours. In my opinion the company makes no effort to warn or prepare the customers of the perils that can be faced on this trip. I suppose if they were more honest fewer customers would go. The form given to customers to sign is normal in Mexico, even when using a jet ski.
