Cancun All Tours, Cancun

We called them two days before taking the tour. They told us that they will be at our hotel at 7:15 am on Thursday. So, on Thursday we were in the lobby of our hotel at 7:10 am. We were waiting and waiting and nothing. It was 7:30 when we called them and NO ANSWER, we called again and NO ANSWER. After trying several times, they finally answered us at 8 am. They told us that they will send us a van to pick us up because they forgot to pick us up. We were very upset. So, finally at 9 am they sent a minivan from another company that wasn't Cancun all tours. We were late and the minivan had to catch the bus where all the people was. We took the tour with another company and the tour was awesome. I think this company does not exist or has some serious problems. Be careful Llamamos dos dias antes de tomar el bus para confirmar la hora de espera el Jueves q era nuestro tour. Ellos nos dijeron q estarian a las 7:15 am en nuestro hotel. Finalmente el Jueves, estuvimos en el lobby del hotel a las 7:10. A las 7:30 no llegaban asi q decidimos llamar y no contestaban. Intentamos varias veces hasta q recien a las 8 am nos contestan y nos dicen q se habian OLVIDADO de nosotros y q nos enviarian un carro para q nos recojan. Asi q a las 9 am recien llegaron pero nos mandaron a otra agencia q no eran ellos. Al final el carro tuvo q alcanzar al bus q ya habia partido varis horas atras. Nunca tomamos el tour con ellos, tomamos el tour con otra compañia q estuvo muy buena. No se si esta compañia es de mentira o simplemente tiene problemas serios. Cuidado

Mi familia de las Vegas y yo, contratamos dos excursiones en privado a Tulum y Chichen Itza, y esruvo de lujo. tanto los vehiculos muy comodos y el chofer muy amable. Los guias muy atentos y profesionales. Recomiendo ampliamente a Magic tours son muy profesionales y de muy buena calidad sus servicios y la atencion personalizada.
