    Small oasis in the desert along the Nile. Trees imported from all over the world. It's a place to wonder and relax. Many people were having picnics on the grass. There is a mosque on the island as well as a cafeteria. Some trees were in bloom while we were there as seen in the photos. Lots of street vendors. You need to take a boat from town to get there.

    It's an amazing place to visit with a lot of nice plants and trees that you don't usually see... I would recommend visiting time to be 2 hours before sunset as you can enjoy the lovely view of the sunset. You need to take a boat to the island and you can get some souvenirs from the local guys before leaving the island.
